Gloucester Little Witcombe - Stayed July 2015
Having just stopped off at The Royal George in Birdlip for some tea, finding the hotel was easy, but arriving at the end of Ermin Way, I nearly missed it on the right. Next door is the Twelve Bells, a Beefeater restaurant, so if you haven't already stopped for food, you can always count on Beefeater for a nice meal.

The room itself was once again the expected layout, with only the bathroom being slightly smaller than normal. Being early July the weather was warm and the room thermostat was reading 25oc, no air conditioning, but thankfully a fan was provided and on all night.
Located East of Gloucester and the M5 it's a fantastic location for visiting the Cotswolds and its picturesque villages like Bourton-on-the-Water, you can check out our review page here. The Beefeaters' decor was different to most we've been in, nice comfortable surroundings, with and good atmosphere to start the day. The advantage of being a cooked to order breakfast and not a buffet, was the fact that the food is hot, rather than just warm and it was really nice, quick service and friendly staff an enjoyable breakfast, one of the best we've had at a Premier Inn stay

Warrington Central North - Stayed November 2014
Situated off the dual carriageway, behind Toby Carvery, it's easy to miss the entrance in the dark (as my wife did), but it's just after the bus stop. The room was a little smaller than some Premier Inns we had stayed in before, especially as it was a family room, so it had a sofa bed in as well, but still an adequate size.

The bathroom only had a shower, not a bath and the bathroom door when open, became
the toilet door. At first I thought there was a bulb out in the bathroom, but
found out later it was on a switch of its own, which would be quite handy if
you need the loo during the night and not have to have the full brightness of
the bathroom lights on when you're still half asleep. The bed seemed a little higher than normal and we saw something somewhere about new beds and there was a light strip directly above the headboard which I had not seen before, It appeared to be on some kind of timer. Once again we had a
hassle free, comfortable stay, at a very good price and the location was ideal
for travel to Liverpool and Manchester.

Runger Lane South - Stayed May 2014
There are two Premier Inns' located at Runger Lane (opposite each other), we stayed in the south hotel. The room was one of the more modern rooms, sink in the room, toilet and shower behind a sliding door, but the usual large room you always get when staying at a Premier Inn.

We decided to stay here because we had an early morning flight to Ibiza (review here) and decided to eat in the restaurant early, so we could get an early night. Sadly the service was a little poor; well to be honest the waitress was really nice, although she seemed a little confused to start with, but very friendly. They told us when we sat down they had run out of gravy, which was strange, but my wife ordered burger, which was supposed to come with a "glazed" bun, however they forgot to mention they had run out of buns and replaced them with standard ones you get from the local supermarket, although she did say it was very nice, excluding the poor quality bun and I had rump steak, which was also very nice, but Choc-o-lot Sundae was even better!

The hotel is a fairly new building, the staff are friendly and it's a great place to stay before the start of your holiday.

Sandhurst - Stayed May 2014
I love the simplicity and "you know what you'll get" feeling of a Premier Inn, a large room, comfortable bed and powerful shower and the only thing I would mention was the room was very warm, even at the start of May, with the window fully open, so we could have done with air conditioning, maybe Premier Inn will consider portable ac units in the future. The Premier Inn at Sandhurst is located on the corner of a large junction, with Beefeater Grill next door and its location is only 10 minutes from Camberley, but more importantly only 30 minutes from Legoland Windsor, review here. |

Widnes – Stayed November/December 2013
The hotel is easy to find and is located on a retail park right next to the Venture Fields Leisure and Entertainment Complex, where you can go bowling, ice skating or to the cinema and there is also a Frankie and Bennies. Close to the complex there’s a B&M, B&Q, Pets at Home, Tesco Express and Costa. |

Boston – Stayed June 2013
Located next door to a Brewers Fayre restaurant was very convenient for us, as we arrived late in the day and when we did arrive at reception, we were greeted by a friendly and very helpful lady. For the first time we had booked a family room, so there was an extra single bed made up and we could see how easy it would work for anyone with kids. The view from the window was actually quite a peaceful change, usually overlooking the car park or road, but this time it was looking straight out to some trees. |

Cambridge A14 - March 2013
This is another lovely Premier Inn, with a lovely restaurant, it’s in an ideal quiet location, just off the A14, close to the M11 and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Cambridge. |

Kidderminster – May 2012 and August 2012
Being an old building, you will find the reception a short lift ride to the fourth floor, where there is also a restaurant, where you can have breakfast or an evening meal, just book at reception. Our room was very nice, the charm of the old building meant we had a floor to ceiling window overlooking Frankie & Benny's and the room was a fabulous size, probably one of the best rooms we've stayed in. As this hotel is located in a retail park, there is a massive car park, but it's pay & display 8am-6:30pm and free 6:30pm-8am, the shops here included Next, M & S, Sports Direct, along with Pizza Hut and a McDonalds. |

Rugby North - Sept 2012
Really nice spacious room, with the same quality and comfort you always get with a premier inn. Close to the M6 and a major road, so there was a bit of road noise through the night, especially as it was quite warm in the room (no air con), so we had the window open. Shower was perfect and the arched shower rail was a really good, effective idea and stopped the shower curtain getting sucked in, which is really annoying. |

Liverpool Rainhill – Stayed October 2012
Located behind The Ship Inn, it was easy to find and not far from the M62. Another perfect room and the biggest bed we've had in a Premier Inn. The rooms don't have air conditioning; however they do have temperature controlled heating. I do have one criticism with premier inn rooms, which is the lack of plug sockets and when you have two phones to charge on a night, you have to plug them in near the kettle, so some plug sockets near the bed would be handy. |

Gateshead Team Valley – Stayed December 2012 and November 2013
We've stayed here twice, mainly down to the hotels prime location, being only 2 minutes from the Team Valley Retail Park shops, where you'll find shops like ASDA Living, Currys, Next, Smyths and the recently opened B & M, it's less than 10 minutes from the Metrocentre and very easy to find. The hotels reception area is very modern and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a fantastic size, clean, tidy and had a different layout to the norm, with the sink not actually in the bathroom and next to the sink was a sliding door hiding the toilet and large shower cubical. If for what ever reason you don't wish to have a Premier breakfast, there is a Greggs just around the corner, however don't expect a smile or sauce evenly distributed on your sandwich. |
