Wigfield Farm
We visited here whilst doing a walk around the Worsbrough Country Park, it’s only a small deviation from the walk (see our review of our walk around the country park here). The farm has a small café when you enter and you pay for entry to the farm at the café, entry to the farm is then just through the café. It’s a nicely laid out farm, with plenty of viewing around the enclosures and what makes this a little different to a lot of other farms, is the variety of animals, they have the typical expectation of Donkey’s, cows, sheep, horses and some small animals like rabbits, but they also have Meerkats, Racoon Dogs, small birds and Owls.
It’s a lovely place to walk around, especially as you can make it part of a walk around the Worsbrough Country park.
